Room A
Room A: You can use the area excluding Room B (Room A & common areas). *See drawing.
- You can use the fixed smart TV [55 inch] & Projector & DVD player.
- There is an oil heater & air cooler [There is no air conditioner].
- Please check the photos for each partitions: RoomA (accordion) closes almost completely. Cannot be soundproofed.
Room B
Room B: You can use the area excluding Room A (Room B & common area). *See drawing.
- You can use a fixed small TV [19 inch] (if you want to use a smart TV [55 inch ] & DVD player, please choose the Room A).
- There is air conditioning.
- Please check the photos for each partitions Room B (wooden lattice) is slightly transparent and has gaps.
1 or 2 administrators are working in one side of the room.

The number of people is up to 5 , more than that will be negotiated (the larger the number of people, the smaller the space will feel).
The room manager works in one side of the 2DK room, so it isn’t completely reserved. This is a form of renting out half of the room while we are working. (There may be cases where you aren’t present, in which case we will inform you that you can use it as an unmanned space.)
If necessary, please call out to the room manager while he or she is in the room.
I am able to communicate using simple English.

Notes
- Basically, there is a room manager in one side of the room, but there may be times when manager isn’t present, so please share the information listed below with Your companion.
- Auto-reply admission information email: Please be sure to check your spam email and confirm the content up to the date of use. We will not be able to respond to last-minute inquiries.
- Enter/leave: It is not possible to enter the room before the reservation time (If you wish to enter the room early, please include “preparation time” in your reservation). Please leave the room 5 minutes early. Please complete the extension procedure 30 minutes in advance.
- Cleaning: Please clean any dirty “A or B” room used areas before leaving the room (vacuum cleaner, cloth, etc. provided).
- This is a general residential condominium. Microphone not allowed. {Rampaging, screaming, loud noises} Strictly prohibited. This will cause inconvenience to adjacent rooms. Please do not make a fuss at a reasonable volume and move quickly & quietly when outdoors, outside buildings, or on indoor terraces. {Unauthorized extension, equipment removal, damage to equipment, smoking of combustible cigarettes, leaving outside trash cans} is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, damages will be charged starting from 10,000 yen. Lost profits cannot be guaranteed.
- After selecting “Request for garbage collection option”, There is a garbage bag at the bottom left of the sink, so please separate it into 2 types for [Bottles, cans, PET/Others], & seal them.
- Lost & Found: Storage period is 2 weeks. Generally, we cannot ship overseas.
- Cancellation policy is listed on bottom of “Proceed to reservation page”. Same as for natural disasters. Please make your decision early to avoid risks. The same applies to date and time changes if they fall within the applicable period.
- The Stripe payment system (credit card, etc.) is used for payment on the reservation page.
*There is an indoor security camera (audio is not captured. If you are really concerned, please attach the camera to the camera and cover it with a non-woven cloth to hide it. ICan’t be turned off).
